kd'designs is a Brooklyn-based studio helping people make their homes feel intentional.

Growing up abroad trained my eye early — to notice how spaces can reveal culture, memory, and identity all at once. I believe peoples homes should do the same: tell the story of the people who live there, and serve as a sanctuary from the outside world.

My style is a direct reflection of my time living in Japan. Finding the tension between restraint and personality: warm, minimalist bones layered with texture, pops of color, and globally collected objects that give a room soul and sophistication. I like a space to function for all who live there.

I’ve work across the full range — from directing gut renovations to FF&E consultation to helping a space that's almost there finally find its harmony.
